Chris Jacobs

CD/WRITER

Over his career, Chris has held leadership roles at some of the country’s top ad agencies, including The Martin Agency and Cramer-Krasselt. He’s been a writer and keen strategic thinker on some pretty incredible brands — from UPS, Walmart and BFGoodrich to Johnsonville, Sea-Doo, and Evinrude. In terms of industry recognition, he’s won gold medals at the top award shows like Cannes, The One Show, The Webby’s and The Effies. Chris has also served on the juries multiple times for The One Show and The Effies.

Strange Fact: Chris collects snow globes from different cities. He has 53 so far and hides them in a drawer.

Roger Baldacci

CD/WRITER
In his 35 years of branding experience, Roger has done pretty much everything. From leading a creative department as ECD to working at a start up with one color copier. From social/digital campaigns and Super Bowl spots to getting sued by the tobacco industry and winning an Emmy. He’s run global accounts and helped build brands like Apple, BMW, Panasonic, VW, ESPN, Infiniti, Truth, AMC, Royal Caribbean, Converse and Timberland. He’s worked with celebrities and athletes and directed a few of them.

Strange Fact: Roger is a drummer who rarely listens to music.

Kevin Thoem

CD/ART DIRECTOR
Kevin helped create the GEICO “Gecko” and “Caveman” campaigns. Perhaps you’ve heard of them. When not building icons of advertising, he has helped build other global brands like American Express, UPS, Marriott, Walmart, US Open, Oscar Mayer and more. He’s worked at The Martin Agency, McGarryBowen, BBDO and on a logging crew, buck-sawing timber. Kevin is too modest to talk about his work being recognized by international award shows like The One Show, Communication Arts, D&AD and the Effies, but luckily this third person thing gets him off the hook.

Strange Fact: Kevin “borrowed” one of Mr. T’s gold chains.

Susan Stearns

CLIENT LEAD / CREATIVE OPERATIONS
Susan, a 20+-year veteran in the agency world, spent the first eight years of her career working at companies like Kraft Foods, Gardetto’s and Hasbro Toys. In fact, at Hasbro, she helped launch the first action figures for the original Transformers movie.

Eventually, Susan switched to the agency side where she led teams at both C-K and Laughlin Constable. At C-K, she was the group account director on brands like Johnsonville, Pyrex, and ConAgra Foods. During that time, her teams won multiple Effie Awards. At Laughlin Constable, she was the head of account management overseeing brands like Jewelers Mutual Insurance, Los Cabos Tourism, and Fleet Farm.

Susan is a true team leader. She knows how to manage processes, timelines and budgets. But more so, Susan is an expert at managing senior creative teams who like to move fast.

Ginger Robinson

CD / WRITER

Ginger did not come up with “Just Do It.” But she did spend eight years at Wieden + Kennedy contributing to the efforts of many talented people to bring depth, humanity and purpose to the Nike brand. Along the way, she also worked with little brands including Target, Starbucks, Miller Brewing, Chrysler, Coca-Cola, and Travel Oregon, receiving recognition by D&AD, The One Show, the Kelly awards and Cannes Lions, among others. More recently, she’s brought her hyperactive brainpower to brands as diverse as The Red Cross, TD Ameritrade, Dry Sparkling Soda, Tinder, Google, CVS and Apple. Ginger is happiest when she’s applying creativity and honesty to solving problems and promoting others, not herself. So this line of work suits her perfectly.

Strange Fact: Ginger cannot taste cilantro.
